Actors Woody Harrelson and Justin Theroux will star in the TV series. Judy Greer as Fran Liddy Judy plays Fran, Liddy’s unflappable wife who has misplaced faith in her husband’s intelligence and abilities. Judy starred in Two and a Half Men, 13 Going On 30, Ant-Man, and Jurassic World. She’s also due to appear in The First Lady, coming out this year, which tells the story of the presidents’ wives. In the UK, White House Plumbers starts on Tuesday May 30 at 9pm on Sky Atlantic.

They were, in a sense, the straight men in their own comedy. Harrelson has even more screen time than Hunt, with the show trying to understand how misguided Hunt was. “White House Plumbers” grabs a few chuckles from how Hunt is only a layer away from Liddy's nuttiness or that he’s a dorky dad with a secret job. But Harrelson's veneers and gurgly voice do a lot of the heavy lifting for an otherwise bland comedic and dramatic performance.

"White House Plumbers" is better before it gets to Watergate, with the first half depicting how Liddy and Hunt were bombastic but somehow good at their jobs, which helped them lead Nixon's corrupt Committee for the Re-election of the President. We used RFdiffusion to design C3-symmetric trimers that rigidly hold three binding domains (the functional motif in this case) such that they exactly match the ACE2 binding sites on the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein trimer. The designs were confidently predicted by AF2 to both assemble as C3-symmetric oligomers, and to scaffold the AHB2 SARS-CoV-2 binder interface with high accuracy (Fig. 5a). Recently, the TERM score was used to predict protein–peptide binding energies and design peptide binders of antiapoptotic proteins Bfl-1 and Mcl-1 (134). Scoring functions for soluble proteins take advantage of the large number of solved structures in the PDB to validate and fit the parameters of the score function (121, 122). Transmembrane proteins make up about 30% of ORFs in known genomes but are currently underrepresented in the PDB, complicating the development of membrane protein scoring functions. An early version of the Rosetta membrane scoring function (123) used statistics from 28 transmembrane proteins to fit parameters and was validated by ab initio structure prediction of 12 multipass membrane proteins.

At the end of the hall, where the Carnegies once slept, The Hewitt Sisters Collect tells the story of Sarah and Eleanor and the early days of the museum now known as Cooper Hewitt. Inspired by Paris's Musée des Arts Décoratifs and London's Victoria & Albert Museum, the sisters sought to elevate the status of the decorative arts in America, and traveled across Europe collecting examples of exceptional artistic or technical merit to bring back for exhibition. From block prints to birdcages, the collection was eclectic from the start, embracing almost everything as design and establishing a method for a museum that today exhibits a 3D-printed prosthetic limb next to Abraham Lincoln's pocket watch.

The Cooper-Hewitt was the first Smithsonian museum to be located outside of Washington, DC. In 1970, the museum moved into its present home, the Carnegie Mansion, which was renovated and reopened to the public in 1976.
